Yes! We ship globally to bring beautiful hair to everyone.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from The United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 12 hours after ordering to request changes or cancellations. After that, we're already processing your order! Don't worry - you can return it for a full refund once received.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically take 1-1.5 weeks to arrive. Beautiful hair is worth the wait!
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday within 1-3 business days and shipped the next day. We don't ship weekends, and please allow extra time during holidays and sales.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days, you're eligible for a full refund.
How do I return an item?

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
